East Moline man arrested for a shooting during a disturbance at a residence in the 300 block of 22nd Avenue Court. On November 22, 2022, East Moline Police responded to a disturbance on 22nd Avenue Court where gunshots were heard from the residence. Officers found two male subjects upon their arrival, one adult male and one juvenile male. After securing the scene, medical personnel transported both male subjects to area hospitals with injuries sustained during the altercation. Adam White was treated for non-life threatening injuries from a gunshot wound to the abdomen and the 15-year-old juvenile was treated for blunt force trauma to the head. A firearm was located at the scene along with two spent shell casings. Both males were later released from the hospital, the adult male was taken into custody. Adam R. White, 43, of East Moline was arrested and later transported to the Rock Island County Jail. White is charged with Aggravated Battery (Class 3 Felony), Aggravated unlawful Restraint (Class 3 Felony), Reckless Discharge of a Firearm (Class 4 Felony), Endangering the Life and Health of a Child (Class A Misdemeanor) and two (2) counts of Domestic Battery (Class A Misdemeanor). White remains in custody on a $50,000 (10%) bond.
