Crews will be working in the area south of S. Henderson Street, Avenue A, Avenue B, Avenue C, W. Second Street, W. Third Street, W. Fourth Street, Monmouth Blvd, McClure Street, Lyman Street, Lancaster Street, Maytag Drive, Emery Street, Coulter Avenue, Factory Drive, McKnight Street on July 21st, 2023. Hydrant testing will be conducted from Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. Each day’s hydrant testing schedule will be posted daily on the City of Galesburg website as well as local radio stations and news media. There may be a slight drop in pressure or a presence of discoloration from the minerals and sediment that are being flushed out of the system. Service should not be disrupted during the flushing process.
