Galesburg Police Identify Suspect in Weekend Stabbing

The Galesburg Police Department have announced the arrest of a man in connection to a weekend stabbing incident. The incident occurred on Saturday, September 23rd at approximately 9:12 PM. That is when Galesburg Police received a call regarding a man having been stabbed in the area of JB Hawks/Lucky Landing, located at 1042 N. Henderson Street. At the scene, Police and EMS located a man with multiple stab wounds. The victim, not yet identified, was taken to OSF Saint Mary’s Hospital before being taken by Life Flight to OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria. The victim is said to be in stable condition at the time of this writing.

A subsequent investigation led to the naming of a suspect, Jeremiah Bradfield. Jeremiah Bradfield is wanted for Attempted First Degree Murder.
