The Galesburg Police are investigating two separate shootings from early Sunday Morning, November 6, 2022. The first shooting happened around 1:30 AM in the 400 block of Berrien Street. One victim was transported to the hospital with a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the leg. Around 6 AM, a house was struck by gunshots in the 400 block of E. Grove, there were no shooting victims in this incident. The Galesburg Police Department doesn’t believe there is any threat to the general public. The Galesburg Police Department is investigating both these incidents and suspects have not been located at this time.
