Officer was dispatched to the 300 block of SW 3rd Street to remove an unwanted subject.
Officer was dispatched to the 1000 block of North Center Ave for a 9-1-1 open line call. Officer was not able to find anyone needing assistance.
Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of SW 3rd Ave for a 9-1-1 hang up call. It was determined to be a mis dial.

Officer was dispatched to the 100 block of NW 6th Ave for a theft and criminal trespassing complaint.
Officer was notified that there was a crossing arm malfunction at the NE 2nd Street railroad crossing. BNSF was contacted for repairs.

Officer was dispatched to the 300 block of Front Street for a welfare check. The subject was fine.
Officer was dispatched to the Galva High School for a 9-1-1 open line call. It was determined to be a pocket dial.
Officer was flagged down in the 300 block of SW 3rd Street to assist a citizen.
Officer assisted Stark Co Medic with a medical emergency involving a subject collapsed on the ground on NE 4th Ave.
Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of East Division Street for a complaint involving an unknown subject knocking on the doors to the residence. Officer was not able to locate anyone in the area.
May 11
Officer met with a resident at the Galva PD to update their yearly violent offender against youth registration.
Officer was dispatched to the 1100 block of SE 2nd Street for a complaint involving a group of juveniles trespassing on property.
As the result of a traffic stop in the 1000 block of SW 2nd Street, Maelee Walton, 40, Galesburg, was arrested for driving while license suspended. She was released with a required court date.
Officer was dispatched to the 300 block of NE 8th Ave for an unoccupied vehicle parked at a stop sign. Officer contacted the owner and learned the car was out of gas. It was removed a short time later.
Officer was notified about a telephone harassment complaint that was occurring south of Galva. They were referred to Knox Co.
Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of SE 2nd Street to assist a motorist that lost their keys.
May 12
Officer was dispatched to the 300 block of SW 3rd Street for a disturbance involving several subjects screaming and yelling. As the result, Jason Pugliano, 46, Galva, was arrested on a Henry Co warrant for charges of domestic battery and unlawful restraint. He was taken to the Henry Co Jail.

Officer was dispatched to check the area of SE 6th Street and SE 4th Ave after Knox Co received a 9-1-1 call that plotted there. Officer was not able to locate anyone needing assistance.
Officer was dispatched to the Galva Park District for a complaint involving damage to playground equipment. Park District maintenance was notified for repairs.
Officer was dispatched to the 400 block of SW 5th Street for a 9-1-1 hang up call. It was determined to be a pocket dial.
Officer noticed a train had stopped and was blocking all Galva railroad crossings. BNSF was contacted and the train eventually moved along.
Officer was dispatched to the 400 block of SE 7th Ave for a verbal domestic disturbance.
Officer was dispatched to the 700 block of NW 7th Ave for a 9-1-1 hang up call. It was determined to be a mis dial.
May 14
Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of East Division Street for a theft complaint. This complaint was unfounded.
Officer assisted Stark Co Medic with a medical emergency on SE 1st Street.
Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of West Division Street for a reckless driving complaint. Officer was not able to locate the suspect vehicle.
Officer was dispatched to the 100 block of NW 2nd Ave for a bicycle that had been abandoned there.
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of NE 4th Ave for a welfare check.
