The City of Kewanee will be repairing a water hydrant on Page and W. South Streets on Thursday, May 18, 2023, and may cause low pressure and rusty water throughout the day for those in the vicinity. Residents are asked to take precautions when using water until it runs clean. Flush the system by running cold water only because running hot water may draw rust into your water heater. Any properties that will be without water or under a boil order have been contacted directly.
