Jason Musselman Will Change His Plea to Guilty on Child Pornography Charges in Federal Court

Former Toulon Alderman, Jason Musselman, set to change his plea to Guilty in Federal Court on charges relating to child pornography. Jason R Musselman is scheduled for a Change of Plea Hearing on November 17, 2022, at 1:30 PM in Courtroom A at the Federal Courthouse in Peoria, Illinois. Musselman was originally charged with nine counts of Possession of Child Pornography in January of 2022 in Stark County. The charges were dismissed by the State in March of 2022 when Musselman was indicted in Federal Court. Musselman is charged with recording people, including minors, using a tanning bed in his residence between April 2010 and March 2013.

Jason R. Musselman is potentially facing 30 years in Federal Prison and a fine of $250,000, if convicted on charges of production of child pornography, distribution of child pornography, and possession of child pornography.
