The Kewanee Chamber of Commerce Ambassador’s Club conducted Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies at The Downtown Eatery and Bakery and Scooter’s Coffee. The Downtown Eatery and Bakery is located at 206 N. Tremont Street and offers home cooked meals and sweet treats. Downtown Eatery and Bakery is open Tuesday through Friday from 7 AM to 8 PM, Saturday from 7 AM to 2 PM and Sunday from 8 AM to 2 PM. They have a buffet on Saturday from 8 AM to 11 AM and Sunday from 8 AM to 2 PM. On April 9, 2023, the Downtown Eatery and Bakery will have an Easter Buffet from 8 AM to 3 PM, which will feature Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner items, a salad bar, a carving station with Baked Ham and Roasted Pork Loin. Scooter’s Coffee Drive Thru is located at 630 Tenney Street and offers drive-thru convenience for a selection of Coffee, smoothies, tea, iced drinks, blended drinks, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, plus more. Scooter’s is open on Monday through Friday from 5 AM to 8 PM and on Weekends from 6 AM to 8 PM.
