Kewanee High School has announced their annual open house, the Boiler Bash. According to Kewanee High School, the Boiler Bash is a getting acquainted event for new students at Kewanee High School, specifically incoming Freshman. The Boiler Bash will take place on Friday, August 11th from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Kewanee High School. Food will be served, there will be a tour of the school, students can preview their class schedule and locate their locker during the Boiler Bash. It’s an open house format so students can come at any time between 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM and they do not need to stay for the full event. Busing will be available for students that need a ride home after having visited the Boiler Bash. Parents of Freshman are invited to a meeting in the Petersen Foyer at 6 PM.
