The Holy Trinity PNCC has announced that they will be holding a memorial service and gathering to remember that late and beloved, Father Jerry Rafalko. Bishop Jerry Rafalko, long time Pastor of Holy Trinity PNCC, long time Hospice Chaplain for OSF Healthcare, and Bishop of the Western Diocese of the Polish National Catholic Church since September 14, 2020, passed away into Eternal Life on July 13, 2023. The Service will take place on October 21, 2023 at 5:00 PM at Holy Trinity PNCC, located at 716 N. Tremont St. Kewanee, IL 61443. The Gathering will take place following the Service (approximately 6:00 PM) at VFW Post 8078, located at 200 W. 5th St. Kewanee, IL 61443.
Father John Cramer says in a statement announcing the memorial ““We will be honored to host all of those who loved Bishop Jerry, and hope to have a worthy memorial in his honor.”
