The Planning Commission will meet in Kewanee City Hall, Council Chambers at 401 E. Third Street at 5:00 PM, Thursday, March 23, 2023. There are three petitions upon which hearings will be conducted. They are discussed below.
1: Parcel 20-28-328-016 Located at 1047 N. Main St., Hearing to revoke the Special Use Permit to allow an automobile, truck, utility trailer, tractor, or bus storage yard, operable vehicles only.
2: Parcel 25-04-351-003 Located in the 700 block of W. South St., Request to Rezone from R-1 One-Family Dwelling District to B-3 Business Service & Wholesale District.
3: Parcel 25-04-226-039 & 25-04-226-038 located at 135-139 Tenney St., Requesting a Special Use Permit to allow a Multiple-family dwelling unit with four units.
