Kewanee Rotary is set to host a community pool day at the pool in Northeast Park. The event is in partnership with the Kewanee Park District. The Community Pool Day is an outreach event for Rotary intended to give families a free, fun day in the pool at Northeast Park. “We are excited to offer a Community Day at the Pool for its second year in a row. It’s a great opportunity for families in to have a fun day at the pool together.” Rotary Club President, John Bowser added “The Rotary Club of Kewanee appreciates the support our community and the partnership with the Kewanee Park District to make this event happen.” Admission to the pool will be free from 12 Noon to 6 PM on July 29th courtesy of Kewanee Rotary and Park staff will be on hand for safety. Park District Executive Director, Andrew Dwyer, said he is excited about the event. “The Park District is proud to partner again with Kewanee Rotary to create a great start to a fun day we have planned for our community.”
