The Zoning Board of Appeals will meet in at 5:00 PM, Wednesday October 18, 2023. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at Kewanee City Hall, 401 East Third Street. There are two variance petitions upon which a hearing will be conducted. They are discussed below.
1: 725 Dewey Ave., Jason Phelps, Requesting a variance of 6 feet to the maximum allowable height of 18 feet for an accessory structure in a R-2 District.
2: 480 Midland Dr., Shirley Pitman, Requesting a variance for a zero feet setback for an accessory structure on a corner lot in a R-1 District.
