The Zoning Board of Appeals will meet in at 5:00 PM, Wednesday April 17, 2024. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at Kewanee City Hall, 401 East Third Street. There are two variance petitions upon which a hearing will be conducted. They is discussed below.
1: 610 W. 4th St., Frank Mannon, A variance to allowed fence materials in a residential district.
2: 114 E. 9th St., Eduardo Benitez, A variance of 22’ to the required 30 feet rear yard setback in a R-2 One-Family Dwelling District to allow the construction of a room addition.
