Brandon R. Walker, 42, has been sentenced to life imprisonment. Convicted for the murder of his eight-year-old son, Navin Jones, Walker was found guilty of allowing his son to starve to death. Trial evidence presented a harrowing picture of severe neglect, malnutrition, and physical abuse. The sentencing judge characterized the case as the worst he had witnessed. Navin’s mother, Stephanie Jones, will face sentencing on April 25.
