Marquiese Talley, 32, has been sentenced to life in the Illinois Department of Corrections following his second conviction of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Assault and Armed Robbery. The incident occurred in July 2020 when he assaulted a woman outside her apartment. This follows his conviction in December 2021 for a similar crime involving another woman. Peoria County State’s Attorney, Jodi M. Hoos, expressed relief that Talley will spend the rest of his life in prison.
