Author Cheryl Eriksen, a graduate of Black Hawk College is coming back to Black Hawk for a Book Signing event on Tuesday, September 26th. Cheryl is a 1998 graduate of Black Hawk College and has since gone on to author two books while developing her reputation as an expert in the field of horses, specifically having worked as a Horse Midwife and in the field of Equine Assisted Therapy. Cheryl will be signing her two books, “Follow Me, Friend: A Memoir of Undiagnosed PTSD, and the Healing Power of the Horse-Human Relationship” and “I’ve Never Been to Me: One Woman’s Search for Purpose, and the Horse That Showed Her the Way.”
