On February 7th, 2024, the Moline Police Department initiated an investigation into a homicide in the 3600 block of 25th Street. The victim, identified as 43-year-old Victoria Tillotson, was found shot in a parked vehicle at an apartment complex. Charges have been filed against David J. McAdams, 35, of Rock Island, including First Degree Murder, Unlawful Use of Weapons by a Felon, and Concealment of a Homicidal Death.
