The Galesburg Police Department is participating in the DEA National Prescription Drug Take Back Day on Saturday, October 28, 2023, from 10 AM to 2 PM. The event will provide local residents with a convenient location to properly dispose of unused/expired prescription drugs. The drop-off will be held at the Galesburg Public Safety Building in the west lot (150 S. Broad Street), and attendees can simply drive up and deposit the items in the designated boxes.
