OSF Healthcare announced on Monday, July 24th, the company was adding three new providers in Primary and Psychiatric Care at the OSF Medical Group Office in Princeton. Dr. Travis Swink, DO, Jennifer Gutshall, PA, and Kellie Kozlowski, APRN, officially joined the OSF Medical Group staff on Monday, July 24th. Dr. Swink, Gutshall and Kozlowski offer a number of services including chronic disease management, preventive care and mental health care support and treatment. New or existing patient appointments with Dr. Swink, Gutshall or Kozlowski can be made by calling (815) 876-3250. The office will be open five days a week. Clinic hours are Monday, 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday, 7 a.m.-6 p.m., and Wednesday and Friday, 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m.
