The Illinois Department of Transportation announced overnight closures of US 34 between the US 34/IL 74 interchange and the Seminary Street exit beginning May 19, 2023, to perform beam repairs on the Farnham Street Underpass. The westbound lanes will be closed from 10 PM May 19th to 6 AM on May 20th. The eastbound lanes will be closed from 10 PM on May 20th to 6 AM on May 21st. Detours will be posted.
