Roxanne Glazier: Roxanne Glazier, 55, of Colona was charged with reckless discharge of a firearm from a incident on March 26, 2023, when she allegedly fired three rounds from a handgun. The Henry County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 open line on March 26th with a male subject that said a woman had shot a gun twice and he had her held down. Inspector Adam Hull from the Colona Police Department said the male subject, K.L, said Glazier and himself were in the bedroom when Glazier made a suicidal statement and pulled a gun from under the pillow. K.L. told police Glazier shot two rounds in the air before he lunged at her and grabbed her hand, when she fired the gun one more time. Police identified two bullet homes in the ceiling and one in a closet, none were removed from the structure. Police retrieved two 9 MM guns from the scene and they remain in evidence at the Colona Police Department. Judge Terry Patton found Probable Cause and a Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for May 11, 2023, at 1 PM. Glazier is charged with Reckless Discharge of Firearm/Endanger (Class 4 Felony).
Francisco Morales: Francisco Morales, 28, of Saint George, Utah, failed to appear at his Preliminary Hearing because his flight was cancelled and he was stuck in the airport. Mr. Morales violated his bond conditions when he left Illinois without permission. A warrant for $100,000 (10%) was issued for his arrest and a forfeiture of the $5,000 bond posted on April 4, 2023, was ordered. Morales is charged with Possession of a Stolen Vehicle (Class 2 Felony) and Resisting Arrest (Class A Misdemeanor).
Nathan Pyle: Nathan Pyle, 42, of Kewanee waived his Preliminary Hearing and Formal Arraignment at his Preliminary Hearing on April 10, 2023. A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for May 11, 2023, at 3 PM. Pyle is charged with Unlawful Vehicular Invasion (Class 1 Felony) and Aggravated Battery/Public Place (Class 2 Felony).
Justin Kentner: Justin Kentner, 34, of Kewanee remains in custody on a $50,000 (10%) bond. The Preliminary Hearing was continued to April 17, 2023, at 2 PM because the attorney assigned to his case wasn’t notified. Mr. Kentner asked Judge Terry Patton for Furlough so he could move his belongings out of his apartment because he was being evicted. Judge Patton explained to Mr. Kentner that a Furlough request must be submitted to the State as well to allow the State to respond to the request and ask questions. Judge Patton told Mr. Kentner that his request is neither approved nor denied at this time. Judge Patton instructed Assistant State’s Attorney Reynolds to contact Attorney Theresa Sosalla and let her know that her client needs to speak with her as soon as possible. Kentner is charged with Aggravated Battery/Public Place (Class 3 Felony) and Obstructing Justice (Class 4 Felony) in connection to the fatal stabbing of Clifton Parks.
