Jacob Dailey: Jacob Dailey, 19, of Galva remains in custody on a $100,000 (10%) bond. Dailey waived his Preliminary Hearing and Formal Arraignment. A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for June 15, 2023, at 1 PM. Dailey is charged with Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm/Occupied Vehicle (Class 1 Felony), Possession of a Defaced Firearm (Class 2 Felony) and two (2) Counts of Possession of a Firearm with Expired FOID (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 23CF121. Dailey also has numerous cases pending from a Failure to Appear for a Negotiated Plea Hearing.
Stacie Williams: Stacie Williams, 37, from Galva is in custody on a $50,000 (10%) bond. Detective Michael Minx testified that Officers Lane and Lang responded to an incident on East 9th Street in Kewanee on May 5, 2023. Stacie Williams is alleged to have attempted to push her 67-year-old mother down the steps when her mother confronted her about suspected meth she had found. Williams went onto the roof after officers asked her to come downstairs. Officer Gearhart observed Williams jump off the roof and attempt to jump the fence. Williams was unable to jump over the fence and was taken into custody. Judge Colby Hathaway found Probable Cause. Williams pleaded Not Guilt and a Jury Pre-Trial on June 22, 2023, at 9 AM. Stacie Williams is charged with Aggravated Battery/Victim 60+ (Class 3 Felony), Battery/Physical Contact (Class A Misdemeanor) and Obstruction (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2023CF116.
