Reckless Driving Leads to Reckless Homicide Conviction in Peoria County

32-year-old Adrian Gregory was found guilty of reckless homicide and aggravated reckless driving by a Peoria County Jury. The charges stem from a November 2020 car accident that claimed the life of his girlfriend and gravely injured another woman. Gregory was found to be driving at a speed surpassing 90 miles per hour in a zone with a speed limit of 35 miles per hour. Sentencing is scheduled for May 15, 2024.
