The bill passed 14-0 and awaits House action. Kuelper addressed House Bill 4711, promoting better education for Scott’s Law, a statute urging drivers to move over or slow down for roadside, flashing emergency vehicles. Founded by Kuelper, the Move Over Project promotes such safety awareness. The bill passed 10-0, advancing to the full House. State Representative Dan Swanson praised their efforts.
