The Wanee Theater has announced that Taylor Swift The Eras Tour will be staying on for a third weekend. The Eras tour remained the number one movie at the box office over the weekend selling more than $33 million dollars worth of tickets in its second week in theaters. Joining Taylor at the Wanee Cinemas will be the opening weekend of the popular game franchise turned horror franchise, Five Nights at Freddy’s. The game and movie have nothing to do with the famous horror movie Freddy, Freddy Krueger. Instead, the film is set inside of a Freddy’s restaurant where animatronic bears, including the titular Freddy have menaced customers and urban exploring break in artists for years. Josh Hutcherson from The Hunger Games stars as the new security guard for the animatronics at Freddy’s and it will likely be up to him to stop the robot killing machines.
But that’s not all, the Wanee Theater will also hold over The Exorcist Believer for a second weekend. The film has grossed more than $100 million dollars worldwide and with Halloween around the corner, it’s a good time to have a spooky scary movie on the big screen.
