The Moline Police Department, in collaboration with the Scott County Sheriff’s Office, has apprehended Donovan D Cannon, a 29-year old from Eldridge, Iowa, in relation to the robbery at Greenleaf Tobacco & Vape in Moline. Cannon, who had modified his appearance by shaving his head, was charged with Aggravated Robbery and Theft. Cannon allegedly walked into the Vape Store, took items, indicated that he had a weapon, and instructed the clerk not to call police under threat. Authorities found dreadlocks belonging to the suspect in Cannon’s home. Cannon is currently in custody at Scott County Jail, awaiting extradition to Illinois.
