    ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 10.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 12.8 feet Tuesday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday evening. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
    PRECAUTIONS
    Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. The next statement will be issued by Monday evening at 845 PM CDT.

Wake Up Tri-Counties Kewanee High School A Salute to Service Concert May 3rd

Tomorrow night, Wednesday, May 3rd, at 6:30 PM it’s the Kewanee High School concert ‘A Salute to Service.’ Liz Breedlove, Executive Director of the Kewanee Schools Foundation joined Wake Up Tri-Counties on Tuesday, May 2nd, to talk about the show and get people to attend. The proceeds from the concert will go to support the Kewanee High School Band and Chorale Departments as well as the Kewanee High School Foundation. Tickets are only $5.00 and can be purchased at the door of the Petersen Auditorium prior to the concert on Wednesday evening. The Band and Choral Collective will perform a selection of music that honors our military services, including standards such as Stars and Stripes Forever and America the Beautiful.
