Kewanee is getting a Splash Pad in Liberty Park. An OSLAD Grant is coming to the Kewanee Park District that will allow for the Park District to place the much anticipated Splash Pad with full amenities. Andrew Dwyer, Director of the Kewanee Park District, joined Wake Up Tri-Counties on Friday, February 2nd, 2024, to talk about the Splash Pad and the planning that still must be done even before the OSLAD Grant arrives and work can begin on bringing the Splash Pad from the idea phase into reality. Andrew Dwyer also took a moment to highlight the work of the restaurant staff at the 19th Hole.
