The Henry and Stark County Health Department Environmental Services Department will be meeting with vendors leading up to Kewanee Hog Days this weekend. The goal is to certify that the vendors you are buying from this weekend are meeting the standards set forth in code at the Health Department. You can be assured that if a vendor is open at Hog Days they have been cleared by the Health Department as providing a safe product. In other news, it’s official, The Henry and Stark County Health Department and First Choice Healthcare are coming to Toulon. The Health Department will be opening a clinic location to serve residents of Stark County. The new location is in progress though no opening date has been set as yet.
