United Township High School (UTHS) is holding its second community job fair for community members interested in working at UTHS or any of the five partner districts. The districts are East Moline School District, Silvis School District, Carbon Cliff-Barstow School District, Hampton School District, and Colona School District. The job fair is on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, from 5 to 7 PM in the UTHS Commons.
The job fair is an opportunity for community members to learn about current or potential job openings at the six participating districts. You can meet and ask questions of staff members, administrators, and supervisors. You can learn about job requirements, such as education, licensure, and training. The types of jobs include teaching, substitutes (teaching, bus drivers and monitors, and custodians), maintenance/custodial, support staff, cafeteria workers, student supervisors, bus drivers/monitors, and more.
This is an excellent opportunity for local community members to obtain information about working in local school districts and potentially start a new career.
