The Vasa National Archive in Bishop Hill is hosting game nights on Tuesday evenings from 6-8 PM this winter, beginning on January 23, 2024. If you have board games, card games, or whatever your favorite game is, you are welcome to bring your favorite games, or just yourself, to Game Nights this winter. You are welcome to bring your own snacks or beverages. Game Nights begin this Tuesday and continue until March 26th. Game Nights will be held on the archive’s second floor, which is accessible through the main entrance. Lift chairs are available for people with mobility issues.
The Vasa National Archives is located at the corner of Knox St. and S. Bishop Hill St. in historic Bishop Hill. The Vasa National Archive collects information on the Vasa Order of America, Swedish genealogy, and general Scandinavian history. Operational hours run from April 1 to mid-December, Tuesday through Saturday 10–4, Sunday 11–3, and by appointment.
