The Village of Annawan invites residents to showcase their creativity in a Scarecrow Contest from October 13th to October 27th. Participants can decorate downtown light poles with homemade scarecrows. Voting starts October 28th on the village’s Facebook page and local venues, including the library and Bank Orion. The top three creations will be announced on Halloween, with winners receiving prizes.
