Trash collection days for Christmas and New Year’s Week are Thursday, December 26th, 2024, and Thursday, January 2nd, 2025. The Village of Cambridge offices will be closed on December 24th and 25th in observance of Christmas.
Everyone is invited to a Rock ‘n’ Roll Bingo night on January 4, 2025, at the Fire Station located at 303 South East Road, Cambridge, Illinois. The doors will open at 5 PM, with the game starting at 6 PM. This family-friendly event will feature music from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, alongside raffles and a silent auction. Tickets are 15 dollars per person, including the first bag of bingo chips, with additional bags at 5 dollars each. Proceeds will benefit the Cambridge Fire and Ambulance services.
