The Henry County Farm Bureau will be participating in National Farm Safety & Health Week (Sept. 15th–Sept. 21st). Our very own FFA chapters throughout the county will be putting on a safety display contest, which will take place throughout the week to promote safety for farmers and their families! Also, before the kick-off of our National Farm Safety & Health Week, the Henry County Farm Bureau, along with the help of Trooper Wilson of the Illinois State Police, and the Henry County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting a Drivers Safety event being held on Sept. 12th. The “Share-The-Road” program is an amazing opportunity for new drivers to get exposure and understanding of how to safely & effectively operate while on the road.
