The Kewanee Wanee Theater is holding a “Buckets for Chloe” popcorn fundraiser next week to benefit Chloe Gruszeczka. From June 10th to June 14th, from 3 PM to 5 PM, grab a bucket of popcorn to go for $7, and all proceeds, and any donations you wish to add, will go to help Chloe Gruszeczka with expenses during her time in the hospital. The most recent update on Chloe was that she had a setback. She had to be intubated and put back on a ventilator because she was gasping for air because of swelling in her throat. Her family asks everyone to continue praying for Chloe. You can donate through goFundMe here as well.
Good’s Furniture is raffling a seven-piece Ashley High Dining Table, which is part of the Paradise Trail Collection and retails for $3,050. Tickets are $10 each, and you can get tickets at Good’s Furniture in Kewanee or Venmo at @Kaleighgood10. Please include your name and telephone number in the Venmo message. The winner will be drawn on June 30, 2024.
