Memorial Hospital’s Health & Wellness Center is serving up a comforting solution for your winter cravings and Super Bowl gatherings. The “Meals with Memorial: Soup-er Bowl Edition” features four nutrient-packed soups—Spiced Chickpea Stew, Lasagna Soup, Zuppa Toscana, and Chicken Enchilada—each designed by Head Chef Amber Clark alongside registered dietitians. Pre-orders for both soups and focaccia bread are open now through January 30th. Pickup will be at the Health & Wellness Center Teaching Kitchen on Thursday, February 5th, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM at the Teaching Kitchen, 1454 N. County Road 2050 in Carthage.
