Western Illinois University is partnering with the Illinois Office of Broadband to host an informational session on state broadband infrastructure grants.
Officials and experts will be on hand at 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 5th, at Stipes Hall 501 to share information on the Illinois Digital Equity Capacity Grant (IDEC) and the Broadband Equity Access and Deployment Program (BEAD) and answer questions for prospective applicants.
This session is open to the public and local organizations that specialize in housing, workforce development, economic development, community action and local government invited to join.
Light refreshments will be provided.
