March marks National Nutrition Month, and Memorial Hospital is celebrating with an initiative that highlights the role of food in community building. Under the theme “Food Connects Us,” the Health & Wellness Center is premiering a video series featuring Chef Amber Clark alongside Registered Dietitians Ashlyn Housewright, Kara Andrew, and Julie Shoemaker.
These videos will guide viewers in preparing easy, nutritious meals at home. As part of the Wellness Challenge, hospital staff and community members are encouraged to try these recipes, fostering healthier eating habits.
