Our Spring Semester lifting will start next week. You have two time slots/opportunities to get stronger/faster. I will have the weight room open Monday, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7 am. Coach Wilson will have the weight room open at 3:30 on those same days. Once my jr high basketball season ends I will have it open right after school. If you’re not in a sport you should be there!
Non football atheltes are welcome to use the weight room at the same time!
