Parents, Students, and Employees at Macomb High School:
The intersection at Grant/Johnson is now open and ready for traffic in three directions. Traffic to the west of the intersection will remain closed for a little while longer.
Starting tomorrow, we will switch back to our traditional traffic patterns and parking.
**Thursday afternoon pickup will remain the same as it has been this year.**
Beginning Friday, November 15, 2024:
Student Parking: Students will use S. Johnson and park in the west lot. All spots are available for students except the first row by the outdoor basketball court. This includes Early Bird PE.
Teacher Parking: Teachers will park in the east lot and the faculty row in the west lot.
Parent Drop-Off and Pick-Up: Parents will use the Johnson Street side of our property to enter our Circle Drive that leads to the Commons Door K.
Bus Drop-Off & Pickup: Buses will use Maple Ave to enter on the east side by the tennis courts and use our private drive to drop-off and pickup students. In the morning, bus students will enter Door J.
Drivers using the new road on S. Johnson: Please use caution, as the new project does not yet have painted lines for driving and turn lanes. We are hopeful the lines will be completed by the end of next week, weather permitting.
