Tresor Isako of Rushville was cited for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident. Isako was driving a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic and rear-ended Joshua Henderson of Lewistown on RT 67 near Bluff Rd, Henderson was driving a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado

James Shepherd of Rushville was driving a 2022 Ford F Series 4×4 and struck a deer on Sugar Grove Rd near Pfierfer Rd

Randy Little of Rushville was cited for Failure to Yield at an Intersection

Jasmine Noland of Springfield was cited for Speeding 74mph in a 55mph zone

Josue Degado Acosta of Waukegan was cited for Speeding 80mph in a 55mph zone

Rebecca French of Rushville was arrested on a Schuyler Co No Bond Warrant, French was later released

Troy Stailey of Rushville was arrested on a Cass Co warrant with a bond amount of $300 cash, Stailey posted $300 and was released

Eduarda Marting Sierra-Montoya of Cedar Rapids was cited for Speeding 77mph in a 55mph zone & No Valid Driver’s License

A side by side was reported stolen and was located and recovered by Schuyler Co Deputies and Illinois State Police later that evening
