The Western Illinois University Office of Study Abroad and Outreach is proud to present the WIU Outreach 2025 Summer Camps. Tailored for students in grades 4 through 12, these camps provide an opportunity to explore a variety of interests, gain hands-on experience in different fields and stay academically engaged throughout the summer.

The programs are designed for youth to learn from WIU faculty and regional experts, make new friends and have the opportunity to experience and be a part of WIU by calling it home for a week.

This year’s programming includes the following:

Art: Colorful Minds & Creative Hands (Grades 4-8) – June 9-13
Girls Plus Math (Grades 6-8) – June 15-20
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (Grades 9-12) – June 15-18
Art: Colorful Minds & Creative Hands (Grades 9-12) – June 22-27
Western Writers (Grades 9-12) – June 22-26
STEM Camp (Grades 9-12) – July 6-11

All programs are open to a limited number of students admitted on a first-come, first-served basis. The Office of Study Abroad and Outreach has scholarships available that can be applied for online at this link.
