Wethersfield High School Recognized Among Top Illinois Schools with Exemplary Designation

Wethersfield High School has secured an “Exemplary” designation from the Illinois State Board of Education for the second year running. This honor, revealed today in the 2025 Illinois School Report Card, places the school in the top 10% statewide. The “Exemplary” status reflects outstanding academic achievement, student growth, school climate, and attendance. Superintendent Dr. Andrew Brooks praised the collective commitment of students, staff, and families, highlighting teamwork as the key to success.
