Shoppers at Save-a-Lot on November 22nd can look forward to a helping hand with their groceries as part of a Wethersfield National Honor Society Project. Noah Feltner and Ava Landwehr will be assisting customers with bagging and carrying groceries to their cars between 10 AM and 2 PM. They’re collecting cash donations, with every dollar raised going straight to the Kewanee Food Pantry. This is a great chance for the community to complete Thanksgiving shopping while supporting a local cause. Save a Lot is also pitching in by providing free grocery bags for the event.
