(Reuters) -Business payments firm Corpay said on Wednesday it would buy British financial services provider Alpha Group in a $2.2 billion deal.
The deal will accelerate Corpay’s entry into the investment funds customer segment.
Alpha Group provides cross border financial offerings to corporations and investment funds in the UK and Europe.
Oppenheimer Europe and Jones Day advised Corpay on the deal, which is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025.
