Jan 9 (Reuters) – Biopharmaceutical company Veradermics filed for an initial public offering in the United States on Friday.
U.S. IPOs are likely to gain momentum this year if anticipated interest-rate cuts boost investor confidence and risk appetite.
Biopharmaceutical company Eikon Therapeutics also filed for a U.S. IPO earlier in the day.
Veradermics plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “MANE.”
Jefferies, Citigroup and Leerink Partners are the underwriters for the offering.
