Canadian health firm Apotex prices IPO at top end, raising C$1.3 billion

June 9 (Reuters) – Canadian health company Apotex Health on Tuesday priced its upsized initial public offering at the top of the range at C$24 per share, raising gross proceeds of about C$1.3 billion ($931.90 million).

The company said it sold 54.17 million common shares in the offering and expects to begin trading on Wednesday on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “APTX”.
