Dec 2 (Reuters) – The U.S. Food and Drug Administration said it would stop requiring pharmaceutical companies to use lab monkeys for some safety studies, the Financial Times reported on Tuesday,
Toxicity testing on primates that can last up to six months can now be reduced or eliminated, the paper said.
