Dec 2 (Reuters) – Rahmanullah Lakanwal, the suspect accused of shooting two National Guard members in Washington D.C. last week, has been charged murder, assault and firearms offenses, the Washington Post reported on Tuesday, citing court documents filed by U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro’s office.
